Payment And Data Security

 

We have chosen Papal as our card payment facility, as it is worldwide renowned.  It provides a 24 hours security system and sends all information encrypted and protected.  The only people that will have access to your details are the staff processing your order at Butterflies And Daisies. We do not pass your details on to any other person or company for any purposes.  We keep a record of your details on our mailing list so that from time to time we can send you info of our new products or seasonal offers.  If you wish to be removed from this list once you have received your order then please drop us a line and we will remove your details immediately.

 

Samples

 

If you require a sample of the product you want to purchase for matching purposes we can send one out for you at a small cost, if you want the full item and not a colour swatch just choose quantity 1 when ordering.  If you e mail us on with your details and the product you are interested in then we will sort a sample out for you, as we realise everything needs to match when organizing special occasions.

We have now introduced the sample packs in the favour section to give you a cost effective way of checking which favour is right for you.  This offer only applies to the favours that are tagged sample available. 
 

Delivery And Availability

 

We are only a small company and we do hold a lot of handmade products, so as you can imagine we have a lot of work on and are very busy for such a small company. So we do need a little extra time to make sure your order is just perfect.  If you see something you would like but cannot wait, please E MAIL and we can see if we have the time to fulfill your request earlier, if you require an express delivery then this will be chargeable and you would need to call for an exact price.

We aim to have your handmade and made to order products with you within 4-6 weeks and your ready made products will be sent out within 10-14 days, (at busy times of the year time scales may be a little longer) Please note that if you order hand made/made to order products and ready made items they will all be dispatched under the made to order time scale 4-6 weeks.  If you require the order splitting then there will be two delivery charges.  If for some reason an item you have ordered is unavailable or out of stock then we will contact you with an alternative product or a date that the stock will be in.  If this is not satisfactory then we will refund you in full.

  

Delivery is made by Royal Mail first class recorded or our courier provider, both will require a signature, so please bear this in mind when filling in your shipping details.

Parcels sent outside of the UK will incur an additional postal cost this will be sent after you have paid for your products and will need paying before we send your goods out.

 

 

Returns And Refunds

 

We do hope this does not happen, but are aware that there will be times when you may need to return something to us, which is absolutely fine. We would like to make you aware that you have a 7 day cooling off period which means that you have 7 working days to decide whether the product we send to you is to your requirements, if not then you are entitled to a full refund minus p+p costs, this does not apply to made to order items. Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your item of any problems as after this time we will take it that this problem did not occur in transit, your item must be sent back within 10 days of receipt unopened and in a re-saleable condition, unless the item is damaged or broken when you take delivery.  We would recommend that you ask the courier to wait while you open the parcel if it is an item that could have been damaged that way we can establish at what point it was broken, you must not sign for it if this is the case, as all items are checked before they leave us to make sure they are in perfect condition.  Made to order items and favours cannot unfortunately be refunded as they have been made to your specification, again unless you receive them and they are broken or damaged. Please make sure when sending items back to our office that you wrap them securely and carefully as they are still your responsibility until we take ownership again.  Please obtain proof of postage from your post office so that you can prove when they were sent back, then if they go missing on their return you can prove they were sent.  Postage is to be paid by yourself and will not be refunded, neither will the postage from when we sent the item out to you a refund will only be given for the items you bought not postage and packing costs.  We look to exchange or refund within 28 days after we receive your items back at our office. If we are exchanging broken or damaged goods that were our fault then we pay your postage and packing costs both ways.

 

 

 Promotional Codes

We have promotional codes available in magazines and on our flyers from time to time.  These offer codes are only accepted within the timescale laid out on the offer advert or flyer, after this time no discount will be given.  Promotional codes discount the order value before postage and packing, not after postage and packing costs must be paid for as stated on your final order total.  When your order has been processed your discount will be refunded to your paypal account. An order code can be used as many times as you like within the said timescale.

 

Stock Availability

 

As we have a lot of handmade items, there will be slight variations with regards to positioning and colour etc. as this is inevitable with this kind of manufacturing as each item is slightly unique.  Please be aware that what colours your monitor show you can be slightly different also to the colours of the actual items you are ordering so please bear this in mind too. If you are unsure about a colour then e mail us or call and we can try and arrange some kind of sample We have done as much as possible to give you a true likeness to what you will receive.

As we also stock lots of items that are a little unusual, they do come in limited availability so if you see something that you may like then please do not hesitate to order as once it has gone we may not be able to get hold of it again.  If you place an order and the item you want is out of stock we will let you know when it is likely to come back in or offer you an alternative.  If neither of these options is suitable to you we will refund you in full.

As you can see from some of our photographs on the site we have used props to give you a better idea of how the items could look.  Please read the description carefully so that you know exactly what you are getting and that you do not get confused and think all items are included.  We have stated on most descriptions that the props are not included.
