How To Order
There are currently two ways in which you can place an order with Butterflies And Daisies, they are as follows. If you have a promotional code, please state it in the add message section when paying for items in pay pal. For products that need a colour or scent, please state this in the messages box also on the pay pal order form.
If you could add a daytime number to your order form this will help if we need to talk to you about your order.
Order Online
Ordering on line couldn’t be easier, simply click on the add to cart button under the item you would like; you will then be given the option to enter the quantity required. To continue shopping close that page with the cross in the top right hand corner and continue adding to your cart as you go. When you want to pay for your items, click view order button on your right and then proceed to checkout. This is where you confirm your order, if you need to enter flower type or colour required and also names for place cards then press the special instructions for the merchant button on your left under the order. Click pay and you will receive a confirmation e-mail from paypal. When we receive the order we will also send you confirmation of your order and delivery timescales.
Order By Post
If you would like to order by post and send a cheque, simply print off our order form and fill in all the details we require. Remember to add you daytime telephone number so that we can call you if there are any problems with your order form.
Please make cheques payable to Butterflies And Daisies and include your name, address and cheque guarantee card number to the back of your cheque. You will need to allow 5 working days for your cheque to clear; this does not include bank holidays or weekends.

Delivery is made by Royal Mail or our courier provider, both will require a signature, so please bear this in mind when filling in your shipping details. Please see Terms And Conditions for full delivery information.

Parcels sent out of the UK will incur additional postage costs.
When ordering a favour item with sweets, please indicate in the special requests section of paypal when paying the sweets you would like. The choices are
Sugared
Almonds in silver/gold/white/pink, sweet request of your choice
Chocolate Dragees
Please add 45p per favour
If you would like an alternative sweet in your favour boxes, then requests are welcome and we will do all we can to fulfil your needs.
Please remember favour items cannot be returned or refunded please see terms and conditions.
Returns And Refunds
We do hope this does not happen, but are aware that there will be times when you may need to return something to us which is absolutely fine, but your item must be sent back within 10 days of receipt unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Made to order items and favours cannot unfortunately be refunded. We look to exchange or refund with 28 days after we receive your items back at our office. Please see our full outline of returns and refunds in our terms and conditions.
Stock Availability
As we have a lot of handmade items, there will be slight changes with regards to positioning and colour etc. as this is inevitable with this kind of manufacturing. Please be aware that what colours your monitor show you can be slightly different also to the colours of the actual items you are ordering so please bear this in mind too. We have done as much as possible to give you a true likeness to what you will receive.
As we also stock lots of items that are a little unusual, they
do come in limited availability so if you see something that you may like then
please do not hesitate to order as once it has gone we may not be able to get
hold of it again.
From time to time or website may fail to give real time availability and we
maybe out of stock of an item that shows online as been available. We will
contact you immediately if this happens to offer an alternative or a full
refund.
